Can I see the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation. If the status of your order changes, you will be notified automatically. You can also check the status after logging in to our website.

Can I cancel my order?
This is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form on our website. Your cancellation and refund will then be processed as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?
This is possible. You have 14 days right of return (or trial period). Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form on the website or via [email protected] for a return number (RMA). We will then give you the information you need to return (part of) your order. Please note that the costs for the return will be at your expense (provided that the delivery is an error on our part).
