Can I see the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation. If the status of your order changes, you will be notified automatically. You will also receive a track & trace code so you can follow the location of your package.
 
Can I cancel my order?
This is possible until the moment of dispatch, parcels ordered Mon-Fri before 15:00 are given to the parcel service the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or via our e-mail address. If you are unable to cancel in time, you may return the order. 

Can I return my order?
This is possible, you have a return period of 14 days. Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail. You will then receive the information from us to return (part of) your order. Please note: you will have to pay the costs of returning the goods. We will refund your purchase price within 14 days.
 
Is the article in stock?
All items are shipped from stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be indicated with the item. The delivery time for items in stock is usually 1-2 working days within the Netherlands, this may take a few days longer for orders from abroad.

What are the shipping costs?

I have received a wrong/damaged article, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. You will receive a return form from us with all the necessary information for the return/exchange of the product.
 
I have a complaint, what should I do?
Please contact us by phone or e-mail.  You will receive a response from our customer service within 48 hours. In the exceptional case that we together cannot satisfactorily resolve your complaint, we can take further action at Webshop Keurmerk, with which we are affiliated.
